18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption

All visual depictions on manka.games, and in the games offered here, are of fictional characters. They are drawn or computer-generated. They do not depict any actual human being.

Every character shown in a sexual context is an adult, 18 years of age or older.

For those reasons the depictions are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Manka Games is not a “producer” of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, as that term is used in those provisions.
